Harry Charlier
Harry has a wealth of sports experience, from being a competitive 400m runner in the South West, to completing a swim-run in the Mediterranean and playing rugby 7s and 15s to a high standard in National 2. Since taking on CrossFit 5 years ago Harry has participated in many competitions including Hyrox, Strength in Depth and Athx. He's super passionate about strength and conditioning training for performance-based and goal-orientated clients whether than be in Bodybuilding, CrossFit, Hyrox, Power Lifting or for Team Sports.
Meg Charlier
Meg is a former footballer, playing to a high standard at Loughborough University, where she obtained a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Meg is very passionate about injury prevention and rehabilitation - keeping you going in the sport you love for longer. She also loves to welcome newcomers to the gym environment, happy to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Having competed in CrossFit competitions for the past two years, she also loves to programme for clients with competitive goals.


Lewis Pettinger
Lewis is passionate about all things sport and gym related including how exercise and functional fitness can improve our everyday life. Although he now competes in CrossFit, he has a background in strongman and has competed at Britain's strongest man. Lewis is a qualified CrossFit and nutrition coach and is driven to help people achieve their full potential through eating the food that they enjoy, whether their goal is losing weight or optimising their performance. As someone who has struggled with their relationship with food in the past, Lewis can provide an empathetic ear to those that are struggling to find the right balance with their nutrition alongside their training..
